Welcome to HEAL Funnels. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

HEAL Funnels provides client-flow system design, including funnels, landing pages, automation setup, email marketing, and related services as outlined in your proposal or agreement.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be discussed and may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and aligned process, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide required access (logins, platforms, tools) in a timely manner

  • Provide content, assets, and information needed for the project

  • Review and respond to feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in communication or materials may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Project-Based Work
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.

Ongoing / Retainer Services
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Late Payments
Delayed payments may result in a pause in work until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership
Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables created specifically for their business.

HEAL Funnels Ownership
HEAL Funnels retains ownership of all internal systems, templates, frameworks, and processes used to create the work.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Results Disclaimer

HEAL Funnels provides strategic systems designed to support client attraction and conversion.

However, we do not guarantee specific results such as revenue, bookings, or lead volume, as outcomes depend on multiple factors including:

  • the client’s offer

  • audience and positioning

  • implementation and usage

  • external market conditions

6. Data Privacy & Access

All client information, credentials, and business data are handled with care and confidentiality.

We recommend using secure password-sharing tools when providing access.

HEAL Funnels will not share or sell your data to third parties.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our work may involve third-party platforms (e.g., GHL, email providers, hosting services).

HEAL Funnels is not responsible for:

  • platform outages

  • changes in third-party features

  • technical issues beyond our control

8. Revisions & Feedback

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your agreement.

Additional revisions beyond scope may require additional time or fees.

9. Termination

Project-Based Work
Either party may terminate the project if necessary. Deposits are non-refundable, and work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Ongoing Services
Either party may cancel with written notice (typically 14–30 days depending on agreement).

10. Communication

Communication is primarily conducted via email or agreed channels.

Response time is typically within 24–48 business hours.

11. Limitation of Liability

HEAL Funnels is not liable for:

  • business losses or missed opportunities

  • decisions made based on implemented systems

  • client misuse or modification of delivered work
